Ingredients

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup soy flour

1/4 cup chopped fenugreek leaves

2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese

Sesame seeds ... 1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Rum seeds

2 teaspoons of butter

salt to taste

Now, prepare crunchy methi candies.

You need soy flour, wheat flour, cottage cheese, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, cumin, chopped lamb seeds, and fenugreek.

Start by putting the soy flour in a bowl.
