Ingredients

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup soy flour

1/4 cup chopped fenugreek leaves

2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese

Sesame seeds ... 1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Rum seeds

2 teaspoons of butter

salt to taste

Now, prepare crunchy methi candies.
